Is there such a thing as conspiracy?
Simple answer, yes!
We all have our own agenda's and we all confide in each other behind one anothers backs  and we all keep information from each other,  FACT. Whether it's not telling your mate about their secret Birthday party or not telling your dad that it was you who dented his car when you were 18.
Who conspires and why?
Everyone!
From the very bottom to the very top of society we all keep information from each other, and mostly for very good reasons. If you ran the country and knew the world was going to end next week would you tell everyone? No; there would be mass rioting, murder, panic and much more, just look at the effect of flooding in New Orleans! If you had a weopan that could kill someone without anyone seeing or being able to prove it was you, would you share that knowledge? No; one because they may not be too discriminating on whom they use it and two because they might use it on you!
Is there a hierarchical government or someone at the top of the chain conspiring against us all?
Well, with all the power that conspiracy gives someone, anyone in the position to be able to influence world leaders and therefore the entire population would be stupid not to use it and if they were someone would be bound to step into their shoes or at least influence their agenda. At the end of the day there are bound to be people, or even someone, at the top or on the side!

There are plenty of sites devoting time and energy to various conspiracies and conspiracy theories. It is not my agenda to propagate fear but rather to educate. With education you can  use your right to choice and free will and empower yourself.

Patent after patent has been filed and granted that would allow for the development of engines that still burn petroleum yet deliver 60 to 200 plus miles per gallon. For some unspeakable reason this technology cannot get to market! Patent after patent having also been granted for magnetic motors or what are termed over unity devices, these units produce more power than what initially goes in. I have seen designs of one that has an output ratio of 1:450! One watt goes in. 450 watts is returned.
Why are these not everywhere? In the schools, hospitals, county buildings, cars, one in each neighborhood. this is a one time expense and then free electricity, forever!  Who looses? Could it be that the $6.2 trillion energy complex is not going to allow this to happen. Especially with an American White House that is soaked in oil.

“Maxwell’s” vector equations taught in university are actually Heaviside’s truncated equations, and are only a simplified version of what Maxwell originally wrote.
The Maxwell-Heaviside theory of electrodynamics is now well over a century old, and is actually a serious truncation of James Clerk Maxwell's 1865 theory of 20 equations in 20 unknowns. Because it was “tainted” with a higher group symmetry algebra (quaternions), even Maxwell himself came under intense pressure to simplify it, after the publication of the first edition of his famous Treatise in 1873. Consequently, Maxwell was rewriting and greatly “watering down” his own Treatise, having finished rewriting and greatly reducing some 80% of it at the time of his death in 1879. The second edition and third edition, therefore, are NOT the original Maxwellian theory, but a very serious truncation.
The solution to the entire energy crisis, for all time, simply waits for the scientists to turn from symmetrical regauging (no net force fields produced, all the excess free energy in the two fields produced is locked up as stress energy) and go to asymmetrical regauging, which produces both excess free EM energy and a free net force field that can be then directed to perform free work in a load, paying only for switching costs, etc

Firstly, are the fully natural contrails that are non-visible or of very short duration on 70% of the days. In the prefrontal environment of a storm, high clouds/higher humidity are present thus allowing for the persistence of these vapor based contrails. Basically the way is used to be.
Secondly, and very popular these days, are the fuel additive contrails adding an aerosol content to the troposphere and lower stratosphere. These trails do last slightly longer than usual and are brilliantly white when viewed from below. Commercial aircraft have been added to this fleet of atmospheric workers in addition to many previously retired airliner MD-80's. These contrails can also become very persistent in a favorable prefrontal storm environment. Sound dampening equipment has been installed on these planes so many pass overhead on the quiet. You have got to look up to see them.
Thirdly, we find the thick chemtrails that span the horizon regardless of the atmospheric conditions. Simply, they are marking the skies and it is in this activity we find the big clue.  Marking the skies and looking for what?  Scalar signatures. These contrails are designed to fan out revealing the workings of the scalar weather matrix; they are also capable of spotting where negative ionic strikes have dissipated cloud cover releasing the static bond of the water within the clouds in the targeted zone.
To answer one the most often posed questions as to why spraying is so common, if not outright aggressive, ahead of an in bound weather storm. The two most important reasons for the spraying ahead of a storm; first the thick contrails are flown looking for scalar interference immediately ahead of the storms EXPECTED path, up to several hundred miles ahead. Helical twisting, broken trails, large evaporating gaps in the trails and vertical/horizontal contrail displacement reveal how much the atmosphere is being altered (heated/cooled/displaced) ahead of the storm so the military forecasters get additional direct observational data to improve their forecasts and know where to 'fight back.' The environment immediately ahead of a storm is ripe for the development of high cloudiness; with one of the stated agendas of contrails being solar reflection the pre-storm environment is an ideal location to do this work. With so many storms putting down amounts of rain that might cause flooding these drying/moisture-absorbing mixtures can be flown/injected immediately ahead of the storm front reducing the intensity of the severe weather attack.
SO WHAT ABOUT the recent tsunami, hurricanes etc? why wasn’t technology used then to stop them? or was it being used to create them and if so by who?

The thick contrails are laced with aluminum oxide and barium salts  - lab tests results showing these metals counts at upwards of 7 to 250 times normal background levels!
Small amounts of water-soluble barium may cause a person to experience breathing difficulties, increased blood pressures, heart rhythm changes, stomach irritation, muscle weakness, changes in nerve reflexes, swelling of brains and liver, kidney and heart damage. The uptake of very large amounts of barium that are water-soluble may cause paralyses and in some cases even death.
Long lasting uptakes of significant concentrations of aluminium can lead to serious health effects, such as:
- Damage to the central nervous system
- Dementia
- Loss of memory

Inhalation of finely divided aluminium and aluminium oxide powder has been reported as a cause of pulmonary fibrosis and lung damage. This effect, know as Shaver’s Disease, is complicated by the presence in the inhaled air of silica and oxides of iron. May also be implicated in Alzheimer’s disease.
The number of fish and amphibians is declining due to reactions of aluminium ions with proteins in the gills of fish and the embryo's of frogs. Its ions can react with phosphates, which causes phosphates to be less available to water organisms. There are strong indications that aluminium can damage the roots of trees when it is located in groundwater.

Changes in ocean temperatures have been linked to ice ages in the past. About 12,800 years ago, North Atlantic waters cooled dramatically and so did the North Atlantic region.
It took only about a decade to move into a cold spell that lasted close to 1,300 years, Gagosian says.
The most recent shutdown in the North Atlantic circulation is believed to have occurred 500 years ago, wiping out established Norse settlements and vineyards that once thrived in Greenland, he says.
A recent U.S. National Academy of Sciences report, entitled "Abrupt Climate Change: Inevitable Surprises," notes that climate changes have occurred with "startling speed" in the past. And next time, the report said, the cost to agriculture alone could be in the $100- to $250-billion range.
Perhaps the most sobering realization is there will be little anyone can do about it -- short of adapt.
"The climate system can and has moved to new climate states in a matter of decades," Clarke says. "If the system undergoes such a change, we have virtually no idea of how to attempt to stop or reverse the system."

Haarp began in 1958 with Project Argus
Between August and September 1958, the US Navy exploded three fission type nuclear bombs 480 km above the South Atlantic Ocean, in the part of the lower Van Allen Belt closest to the earth's surface. In addition, two hydrogen bombs were detonated 160 km over Johnston Island in the Pacific. The military called this "the biggest scientific experiment ever undertaken." It was designed by the US Department of Defense and the US Atomic Energy Commission, under the code name Project Argus. The purpose appears to be to assess the impact of high altitude nuclear explosions on radio transmission and radar operations because of the electromagnetic pulse (EMP), and to increase understanding of the geomagnetic field and the behavior of the charged particles in it.
This gigantic experiment created new (inner) magnetic radiation belts encompassing almost the whole earth, and injected sufficient electrons and other energetic particles into the ionosphere to cause world wide effects. The electrons traveled back and forth along magnetic force lines, causing an artificial "aurora" when striking the atmosphere near the North Pole.
The US Military planned to create a "telecommunications shield" in the ionosphere, reported in 13-20 August 1961, Keesings Historisch Archief (K.H.A.). This shield would be created "in the ionosphere at 3,000 km height, by bringing into orbit 350,000 million copper needles, each 2-4 cm long [total weight 16 kg], forming a belt 10 km thick and 40 km wide, the needles spaced about 100 m apart." This was designed to replace the ionosphere "because telecommunications are impaired by magnetic storms and solar flares." The US planned to add to the number of copper needles if the experiment proved to be successful. This plan was strongly opposed by the Intentional Union of Astronomers.
High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, HAARP (1993)
The HAARP Program is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy, and is based in Gakona, Alaska. It is designed to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems." The HAARP system intends to beam 3.6 Gigawatts of effective radiated power of high frequency radio energy into the ionosphere in order to:

  • Generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves for communicating with submerged submarines
  • Conduct geophysical probes to identify and characterize natural ionospheric processes so that techniques can be developed to mitigate or control them
  • Generate ionospheric lenses to focus large amounts of high frequency energy, thus providing a means of triggering ionospheric processes that potentially could be exploited for Department of Defense purposes,
  • Electron acceleration for infrared (IR) and other optical emissions which could be used to control radio wave propagation properties
  • Generate geomagnetic field aligned ionization to control the reflection/scattering properties of radio waves,
  • Use oblique heating to produce effects on radio wave propagation, thus broadening the potential military applications of ionospheric enhancement technology.
David Yarrow of Albany, New York, is a researcher with a background in electronics. He described possible interactions of HAARP radiations with the ionosphere and Earth's magnetic grid:
"HAARP will not burn 'holes' in the ionosphere. That is a dangerous understatement of what HAARP's giant gigawatt beam will do.
Earth is spinning relative to thin electric shells of the multilayer membrane of 'ion-o-speres' that absorb and shield Earth's surface from intense solar radiation,
including charged particle storms in solar winds erupting from the sun. Earth's axial spin means that HAARP -- in a burst lasting more than a few minutes -- will slice through the ionosphere like a microwave knife. This produces not a 'hole', but a long tear -- an incision."

Rumors have abounded for several years of a massive system designed to intercept virtually all email and fax traffic in the world and subject it to automated analysis, despite laws in many nations (including this one) barring such activity. The laws were circumvented by a mutual pact among five nations. It's illegal for the United States to spy on it's citizens. Likewise the same for Great Britain. But under the terms of the UKUSA agreement, Britain spies on Americans and America spies on British citizens and the two groups trade data. Technically, it may be legal, but the intent to evade the spirit of the laws protecting the citizens of those two nations is clear.
The system is called ECHELON, and had been rumored to be in development since 1947, the result of the UKUSA treaty signed by the governments of the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
The report - Assessing the Technologies of Political Control – was commissioned last year (1996) by the Civil Liberties Committee of the European Parliament. It contains details of a network of American-controlled intelligence stations on British soil and around the world, that "routinely and indiscriminately" monitor countless phone, fax and email messages.
It states: "Within Europe all email telephone and fax communications are routinely intercepted by the United States National Security Agency transfering all target information from the European mainland via the strategic hub of London then by satellite to Fort Meade in Maryland via the crucial hub at Menwith Hill in the North York moors in the UK."

Montauk and the Philidelphia Experiment

The origin of the Montauk Proiect dates back to 1943 when radar invisibility was being researched aboard the USS Eldridge. As the Eldridridge was stationed at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, the events concerning the ship have commonly been referred to as: the "Philadelphia Experiment". The objective of this experiment was to make the ship undetectable to radar and while that was achieved, there was a totally unexpected and drastic side effect. The ship became invisible to the naked eye and was removed from time and space as we know it! Although this was a remarkable breakthrough in terms of technology, it was a catastrophe to the people involved. Sailors had been transported out of this dimension and returned in a statc of complete mental disorientation and horror. Some were even planted into the bulkhead of the ship itself. Those who survived were discharged as "mentally unfit" or otherwise discredited and the entire affair was covered up. After the war, research continued under the tutelage of Dr. John von Neumann who had directed the technical aspects of the Philadelphia Experiment. His new orders were to find out what made the mind of man tick and why people could not be subject to interdimensional phenomena without disaster. A massive human factor study was begun at Brookhaven National Laboratories on Long Island, New York. It was known as the Phoenix Project.

The Montauk project, which was a combination of Wilhelm Reich's work and the Philadelphia Experiment combined the two -factors and used them for MIND CONTROL.
The government would have specially trained individuals sit in a special chair and generate thoughtforms, which would be amplified and transmitted. They could transmit the signal and put people in a pre-orgasmic state where they would be receptive to programming. It worked very well and they found other capabilities. They found that it could work in time. They had a psychically trained individual sit in the chair and generate a thoughtform of a vortex that connected 1947 and 1981. That's exactly what they got - a time tunnel they could walk through.  They started going forward and backward in time. That was the last phase of the Phoenix project.
No one has picked up a tangible future beyond 2012 AD. There is a very abrupt wall there with nothing on the other side.

Now, some of this turned up in the movie called the Philadelphia Experiment, which was released in 1984. The government got an injunction which banned showing in the US for two years. It was overturned in 1986
Geological changes accompany transition between densities. At this point we are in the last 20 years at the end of a cycle which has lasted 75,000 years.

Ascension


Though not strictly a conpiracy theory this process is important to understand why we may be being subjected to certain restrictive practices. As I see it ascension is a process of spiritual growth, both on a personal level and on a planetary level whereby we become aware of the ‘bigger picture’ and become part of that new reality. There are many views on this process, what it is and what it entails but the most important is that it is a natural process that the whole of the universe is manifesting. T H E   1 3 D   G R I D
The 13D grid is the barrier between lower dualistic dimensions and higher sovereign ones. It is literally the grid that is anchoring heaven on earth and is also called the firmament. In order to maintain one's sovereignty one needs to be able to maintain integrity in 13D.
Sometime around the last few months of 2004 we began anchoring the 13th Dimensional Grid around the planet. This grid literally anchors heaven to earth. It marks the return of free will to our planet and universe and it has also re-anchored the firmament that was lost long ago.

The human DNA has a 12 strand potential. Most humans only have strands 1, 2 and 3 fully activated, and strand 4 partially assembled but not yet activated. In order to make yourself "invisible" to the coming bio-neurological invasion, you must have a minimum of 4 strands fully activated, and strand 5 at least half assembled. This will require a certain level of interpersonal development and acceleration on your part.

  • Strengthen your mind and exercise your mental muscles.
  • Some helpful techniques are meditation, and the use of affirmations, visualizations, self-hypnosis, bio-feedback, and dream reprogramming. All of these activities will help you to strengthen your mind and help you to call your higher potentials into use.
  • The body is also strengthened by conscious breathing and controlled breath exercises.
  • Learn to heal your past. Holding grudges and resentment against others will only serve to limit your higher development. Work to heal your emotions.

  • Take a step back. Rather than judge a situation, step away from it so you can observe it. This is far easier than it at first sounds. If you are part of a situation and judging it from how it makes you feel then you can only make emotionally influenced judgements. Whereas, if you detach from the situation then you are able to make observations and therefore see the whole picture.
  • Don't be scared. This is most important. If you find yourself frightened ask yourself the question 'is the fear coming from inside or outside?' If you find the fear is coming from outside acknowledge that fact and let go of it (more on this later). If the fear is your own, acknowledge your ownership of it and therefore your power to deal with it. Is it a sensible message from your subconscious, is it irrational or is it something you simply need to deal with?
